Wouter is a Founding Director at Ordian Capital, responsible for business development and driving the firm's growth strategy. He brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise in short-term insurance, risk management, and distribution. Wouter holds a qualification in Marketing and Sales Management.

Johann is a seasoned Asset Manager responsible for asset allocation and portfolio strategy at Ordian Capital. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a career spanning investment management and financial markets across leading South African institutions. Johann holds a B Com in Financial Management from the University of Pretoria and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Jonathan is a Portfolio Manager at Ordian Capital, responsible for portfolio construction, investment analysis and the ongoing management of client mandates. His experience spans both wealth management and discretionary portfolio management. He applies a disciplined, research-driven approach to every mandate and holds a B Com in Investment Management and a B Com Honours in Financial Analysis from Stellenbosch University.

Jorien is a Wealth Administrator at Ordian Capital, responsible for client liaison, administrative operations, and overseeing the accurate and timely execution of client instructions. She brings 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having built her career across corporate banking, foreign exchange, and private wealth management.

Natashia is an Investment Administrator at Ordian Capital, responsible for supporting investment operations, portfolio administration, transaction processing, and client reporting. She brings 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, having built a strong background in investment administration and operational support. Natashia holds an NQF Level 5 qualification from Milpark Education.

Kayla is an Investment Analyst at Ordian Capital, responsible for financial data and portfolio analysis, while also providing support with investment strategy and client portfolio management. She brings a strong academic grounding in investment management, having pursued and passed her CFA Level I examination before joining Ordian Capital in 2026. Kayla holds a BCom in Investment Management from Stellenbosch University.
